This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom with corner bath. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with double sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage on request, a shared courtyard area and a shared, sloping lawned garden with decking and furniture. Ty'n Pwll Cottage is an ideal base for a holiday in this part of Wales with many attractions close by that will suit all tastes. Note: Fenced pond and deep tree line at bottom of garden, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a shared entrance for the properties but one also has a separate entrance at the rear to create two separate entrances.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage on request. Shared, sloping lawned garden with decking and furniture. Shared courtyard area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk.
